Whistler keeps employees and companies safe by ensuring people don’t write dumb sh*t at work.
We signed our first client before we had a product, a company, a website, or a powerpoint, then bootstrapped the hell out our business for ~3 years, until the point where dialed in our value prop. Now, marketing outpaces our sales team’s ability to keep up, and sales outpaces the dev team’s ability to onboard, meaning that its time to hire some help.
Our CEO has built several businesses with his own two hands, and has been through abject failures and moderate successes; this one is shaping up to be his best one yet.
At Whistler, we have business decisions made by business people, and technical decisions made by technical people. And we deal with a diverse set of technologies and technical challenges, such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Web Development, Enterprise-Scale Systems, Data Science (See! We didn't fall into the temptation of calling it "Big Data" even though we deal with a lot of data), Mobile Development, DevOps, Automation and Infrastructure as Code.
We are hiring for attitude first. For us, skills come after. If you think that you have the right attitude and skills, we would love to speak with you.
